ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT 

Final Pixel is committed to ensuring digital and physical accessibility for all participants, learners, clients and crew members. We strive to provide an inclusive experience across all Academy and Production Services.

ONLINE LEARNING 

All videos include captions and transcripts; audio descriptions available on request. 

Course materials available in alternative formats (large print, audio, braille, accessible PDF) Full keyboard navigation and screen reader compatibility. 

Accessible colour contrast and legible fonts.

ON-SET TRAINING AND PRODUCTION 

Wheelchair accessible facilities with accessible parking, entrances and toilets Accessible routes, lifts and ramps where needed. 

Real-time captioning, hearing loops and advance notice of key information available Verbal descriptions of visual elements; materials in large print or audio format. 

Advance notice of sensory elements (flashing lights, loud noise, haze/smoke) 

Communication support and note-takers available at request. 

Flexible participation, adjusted shifts and modified roles to suit access needs Wheelchair accessible transport where arranged.

Plain language in all materials and communications.

Accessible forms, contracts and policies in requested formats. 

Mental health support and content warnings for triggering material Flexible attendance options and quiet spaces for breaks.
